- Roxanna Jones Added 2017-10-18★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Went there on a Saturday in October for my G1. Was one of the first 10 people in line. The centre opens at 8:30am but I started lining up before 8:00am. Everyone in line was orderly. Got my A1** kiosk ticket. Got called to a wicket in about 30 minutes. A few rewrites (C1**) were called first as their process is quicker. I ended up having to rewrite one of the parts. Got another kiosk ticket but for rewrite. The wait wasn’t too bad. I was out of there by 10:15am with the rewrite and with my G1. The customer service was great. All staff members I had to deal with was very pleasant. They worked as fast as they could. Yes, the line would go faster if there was more staff. At 8:30 there were only 3 wickets open. By around 9:30 there were a few more open. All-in-all a good experience.
