- Ricky Yeung Added 2017-09-05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used to visit this Kelsey very often for their 1/2 price wings. Unfortunately finding the service is getting worst. Previously a server claimed that the credit card machine wasn't working and we had to pay cash. And he did not give us any receipt and told us a random amount which we had to pay. We knew the amount was way too much for what we have ordered, so we told him that we have no cash on us. Eventually, he brought the credit card machine over with receipt which did not match with what he told us.
Recently we visited again after a few months. We ordered the usual wings. The server got our order wrong. Not only did she not apologize right away, she tried to convince us that we made a mistake while ordering.
I don't think I will be returning to this Kelsey anytime soon or even stay away from this location.
