  I've waited a few weeks before posting this to see if anyone would contact us about our experience and we were told that the manager doesn't care what we think. A few years ago, my sister's brand new Micra was brought in for an oil change and the technicians didn't lift the car properly which resulted in damage to the vehicle. The service department tried to tell my sister it wasn't them that did that damage but my husband used to be a mechanic and he confirmed that it was caused by improperly lifting the vehicle. We had to fight the head of service to get it fixed and when they finally fixed it they did the worse possible job and damaged the other side of the car. Then 3 weeks ago, we go in to replace our family car that had been written off in an accident and at first we were greeted with the best service from Giancarlo. He was personable and helpful. As we finalized our paperwork, all of a sudden he became less friendly and helpful and stopped even greeting us when he would see us. After our paperwork was finalized, I sent him an email asking a very simple question and I have yet to receive a reply back. I guess we no longer matter because he made his sale and we are of no use to him. We brought our new car in for some warranty work and Ron in service helped us. He was amazing and ensured that everything got done quickly and accurately. We were impressed with HIS service but as an overall review of this location, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
