The review below has to be from one of the staff because this gym gives new meaning to the workd dungeon. The machines are crowded together like an indian food market, the bathrooms stink of last week's sweat, and the sauna looks like a place you would take someone to torture them. The other premier fitness centers in hamilton are great. Very clean, and have amazing faciliites. But this gym is such a disaster that you should come check it out just to see what I mean.

You can still get in some great workouts and the place has everything you need, but in comparison to any other modern gym I've ever seen, this one is a complete mess.
